The vision of the Centennial High School Counseling Program is that all students will be productive and compassionate leaders of society using their talents and abilities to make lasting and
positive impacts in their community. They will develop long-term self-directed and responsible decision making skills as well as respect themselves and others as they become life-long learners who are college and career ready.

The mission of Centennial High School Counseling Program, in partnership with other educators, parents/guardians and community stakeholders is to provide a program that addresses the academic, personal/social, and career development needs for all students. School counselors are committed to provide services to all students within a positive supportive environment by maintaining the uniqueness of each individual student, strategically use personalized interventions to maximize each student’s educational experiences, and to close the achievement gap among high and low performing groups.
