Want to play college sports?

If you wish to participate in NCAA Division I or II athletics, you need to be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center. You need to qualify academically and also need to be cleared as an amateur student-athlete. Athletes playing in Division III do not have to register. NCAA recommends that student-athletes register at the beginning of their junior year in high school. There is no registration deadline, but students must be cleared by the Eligibility Center before receiving scholarships or competing at a Division I or II institution.
